Before founding APS, Paul was Chief Procurement Officer for Halma plc, a FTSE 100 global technology group, where he was responsible for shaping procurement strategy across multiple international businesses. During his career, he has led complex global sourcing programmes, built high-performing procurement functions, strengthened supplier networks and delivered significant commercial value through cost reduction, supply chain optimisation and procurement transformation. Today, Paul works closely with electronics and technology manufacturers to solve complex supply chain challenges. His expertise spans semiconductor sourcing, PCB and electronics manufacturing, supplier strategy, procurement transformation and commercial negotiations, helping organisations build resilient, transparent and world-class procurement functions. Paul's approach is built on a simple philosophy: complete transparency, practical delivery and measurable results.
